I'm struggling to find positive words to say about this practice. My daughter Cece had numerous appointments where no one knew what my daughter was coming in for. During one appointment, Cece came in for a "scratch test." After administering said test, we were told half way through that it didn't need to be done. This was traumatizing to my daughter to be poked and then be told there was no reason for it. The next appointment was for my daughter's Peanut "Food Challenge." We were called by the practice days prior to the appointment and were asked what we were coming in for, they literally had no idea. During that same conversation, we asked if they received Cece's blood work? They said they couldn't find it. So my wife sorted it out. On the day of the peanut challenge, when my wife arrived with Cece, they said they still didn't have the blood work but eventually found it. Just another headache. Furthermore, once seeing the doctor, the doctor was wondering why we were doing the food challenge and why she approved her for a food challenge because her levels were too high. My wife had to explain to the doctor the numbers the doctor was seeing in her chart were wrong and were from a previous appointment over a year ago. Thankfully, my daughter passed her food challenge and we don't need to go to this practice anymore. Finally, a couple days later, my daughter had a small reaction to peanut butter. We gave her benadryl and her reaction subsided. We called the practice to see what we should do moving forward. It took them 6 days to call us back. Again, this was after one of their patients had an allergic reaction to peanuts, two days after they passed her in a food challenge. I would never recommend this practice to anyone. Stay away as far as you can.
P.S. I was required to give this practice 1 star. If I could give zero stars, I would do so.
